Millson/Walker Financial Group, Ltd. announces that it has launched a new subsidiary specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions of small- and medium-sized businesses in the Tri-State area.  Additionally, the firm has also named Robert H. Smith, MBA as its new Director of Business Development.

Mr. Smith brings with him over 25 years of experience in the financial management and accounting industry.  He came to the firm from Quest Diagnostics, Inc. where he was a Senior Financial Analyst.  In addition to his active licenses in securities, insurance and real estate, Mr. Smith holds an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, and had also managed commercial real estate at regional and national levels.
